Dillweed Dip is great with vegetables or chips. The first time I tasted this was in college. My friend’s mom had sent her a care package from home. In it was this precious yummy dip which my friend was kind enough to share with several of us… AND she shared the recipe! This recipe is still one of my favorites and I’m grateful for sharing friends!
- 1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp dillweed
- 1 1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Keep refrigerated.
Make a day ahead of time to allow flavors to blend together. Serve with fresh veggies or chips. This dip will keep for several weeks in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
